1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

WEST JEC carried out survey for preparation of the master plan for rehabilitation of thermal power plants in Metro Manila under grant by JICA. With financial assistance of EXIM-J, the rehabilitation project of Malaya Thermal Power Plant was implemented. 2. SERVICES provided by WEST JEC

  • Preparation of the master plan for the rehabilitation projects (sponsored by JICA)
  • Site survey and inspection of plant facilities
  • Preparation of a feasibility study report and Implementation Program (IP)
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Assistance in bidding and contracting
  • Check and review of manufacturersf design and drawings
  • Construction supervision
  • Assistance in the inspection and witness to shop tests
  • Assistance in commissioning
  • Training in power plant design at the consultant7's home office and in construction supervision on OJT basis.
